On November 15th, 2023, Katya led a lecture and workshop at the Harvard Art Museums, entitled "Preparation and Use of Isinglass for the Consolidation of Flaking Paint," hosted by The New England Conservation Association (NECA). This event delved into the nuanced use of isinglass, showcasing Katetina's unique approach to stabilizing flaking paint, a testament to her expertise and pioneering methods in art conservation.

Throughout her illustrious career, Katya has also imparted her vast knowledge as a Lecturer and Assistant Professor at The Department of Art Conservation at The Saint Petersburg Stieglitz State Academy of Art and Design in Saint Petersburg, Russia. In this capacity, she educated students on the intricacies of treating easel paintings, painted surfaces, and gilded frames, preparing them for art exhibitions and instilling the foundational skills necessary for general museum work. Her dual role as an educator and conservator underscores her commitment to both preserving art and nurturing the field's future talent.
